Projects usually suffer from many different deseases. Most of them are linked to human behavior:
failure to understand the role of stakeholders involved in the project
failure to clearly define the project (deliverable, resources, budget, start and end)
erroneous behavior: padding, multitasking, student-syndrom etc.
